Happy Friday 1/13/23
Happy Friday! How are you? Hanging in there? It’s pizza night around here and after letting my sourdough starter sit ideal in the fridge for a couple of months, I’m excited to have it back in action. Making sourdough bread (or pizza crust) is part baking, part meditation for me, and it’s my favorite. Wishing you a delicious weekend.
That photo is from the summer (sunshine, gardens, fresh herbs…swoon), but I’ll be buying my ingredients from the grocery store today. And for anyone wonder, here’s how I make my sourdough pizza crust.
