Happy Friday 6/20/25

Happy Friday! And happy first official day of summer! Any exciting plans? We have a couple of fun trips on the books but I’m just as excited about the non plans. Hanging at home and throwing the sprinkler in the lawn when it gets hot. Walks to the library when the mood strikes us. Dips in mountain lakes. Dinners with fresh corn. And that feeling first thing in the morning when you walk outside with your running shoes laced up and the air is still but a little cool. The day has endless potential and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else in the world! Anywho, wishing you a lovely weekend!

It’s hard to believe this beautiful new build isn’t a century old! Love Alex Adamson Design’s list of ways she added in historic charm (like vintage fireplace surrounds and living finishes).

The dumbest phone is parenting genius! I’m so intrigued by this! Also would love my children to know the joys of wrapping a long spiral cord around their finger.

This game is so fun! Our 12-year-old got it for his birthday and we’ve played it every day either as a family or just the kids with the neighbors.

This cheery kitchen color could hurt your home value. (But will probably be good for your soul ;)

Have you heard…this nostalgic film is getting a sequel this summer?! My kids are going to flip!

“By chance, did you win a cottage in Ireland?” The incredible story of an Ohio woman whose new home cost $12.67.

Now THIS is a salad!

PSA J.Crew’s big summer event is on! I’m eyeing this summer lbd, this block-print dress, and this floral pj set.

A remarkable 17th-century cottage brimming with colour. Wowza! This house is a delight!

This week I shared 10 summer book recs. And please, share your favorite recent reads!

Have a good one!
