Happy Friday 5/30/25
Happy Friday! How is May going for you? My girlfriend likes to call this month Mayember because of it’s December-level busyness and phew, she’s right! Between field trips and yard work and end-of-school-year everything and our renovations (yes that’s plural - we've started the Hill House!!) it feels like…a lot. And I kinda love it ;) But I’m also looking forward to slowing down for summer break next month! Wishing you a lovely weekend!

Here are some links from the week…
This Rhode Island beach house is like a living family album (shown above). Looks like the perfect spot to gather in the summer.
You can buy this house in Ireland for just $7 and some luck. Okay, lots of luck. But for real, if you win you have to invite me over!
What are we wearing this summer? I’ve been thinking about trading in my cutoffs for shorts like this. And a new pair of Birks (which my 6th-grader informs me are cool again ;)
Couldn’t stop watching this video this week.
Pretty sure rhubarb crisp is just a synonym for summer.
How pretty is the red pantry with pink doors in this seaside home? Love the color combo but would never think to pair them in the kitchen!
How Taylor Jenkins Reid became a publishing powerhouse. Can’t wait for her newest book to come out next month! I added it to my library’s verrry long waitlist but will probably break down and buy it ;)
We’re officially on Substack! This week we launched our newsletter, Punch List, to take you behind the scenes of the Hill House renovation which is our 9th—and dare we say final!? home. We’re excited to share more of what a home renovation looks like as the owner, contractor, designer, and everything in between in a more intimate and conversational setting. Start here.
Have a good one!
