Built in 1905, this Spanish-style Seattle home is one of the oldest homes we’ve renovated. We bought the house in 2015, completed a whole-house renovation, and moved in just before our second son, Brooks, was born.

A few things about this house:

  • A 1905 Spanish-style home in Seattle.

  • A whole-house renovation before welcoming our second son.

  • Black, white, warm wood, and a bathroom refresh that worked with what was already there.
