The Ravenna House

A 1926 Tudor brought back to life

We bought the Ravenna House, a 1926 Tudor, in 2013. The house was in rough shape, and we launched into a renovation that covered every square inch of the property: the main floor, basement, yard, and the systems that keep an old house running. We lived in Ravenna for two years before moving on to the Dexter House. The house later became a rental, and we sold it in 2018.

A few things about this house:

  • A 1926 Tudor we bought in 2013.

  • A renovation that reached from the basement to the backyard.

  • Two years as our home, followed by a chapter as a rental before selling in 2018.
