The Bryant House was built in 1920 and is a compact two-bedroom, one-bathroom bungalow in Seattle. We purchased it in 2012, renovated the bathroom, kitchen, and dining room, and lived there for just over a year. After several years as a traditional rental, we furnished the house in 2017 for short-term and month-to-month stays.
A few things about this house
- A compact 1920 Seattle bungalow with two bedrooms and one bathroom.
- Our second house, purchased in 2012.
- A renovated kitchen and dining nook, followed by a furnished-rental makeover in 2017.
