The Tacoma Converted Garage
A family project with a moody green kitchen
The Tacoma Converted Garage is the third unit of a Victorian triplex in Tacoma. Garrett’s sister, Naysa, bought the triplex in 2015 and moved into the converted garage while renting out the apartments in the main house. We helped renovate her kitchen, bringing in deep green cabinets, DIY countertops, and a salvaged live-edge wood slab.
A few things about this house:
Part of a Victorian triplex owned by Garrett’s sister, Naysa.
Deep green cabinets brought the kitchen’s new look together.
A salvaged live-edge slab became an especially memorable island.
