Happy Friday 10/10/25
Happy Friday! How are you? I went a little wild in the garden this week and planted 150 bulbs! That sounds like a lot. It is a lot. But tulips, daffodils, and alliums are some of the first bursts of color in early Spring, and planting them in Fall feels a little like writing a love letter to your future self :) I planted the bulbs in groups of 3, 4, and 5 all over the cottage garden and along the street. Even if we’re no longer living here by the time they bloom (fingers crossed the Hill House is livable by then!!!), I like to think those early flowers will bring a little extra joy to guests, passerby's, and neighbors after a long, gray winter. Wishing you warm socks, good soup, and a cozy Fall weekend ahead!
