Happy Friday 10/31/25

Happy Friday! And Happy Halloween! This holiday always sneaks up on me. You too? One day it’s pumpkins on porches, and the next, you’re flipping on the porch light and greeting a parade of kids in costumes. I was never much of a Halloween person as an adult - until we moved into town. Now I love seeing the goblins and ghouls descend on our neighborhood and watching it all come alive: the decorations, the laughter, half the town out and about, and the crunch of leaves under little feet. And how lucky are we that it falls on a Friday this year?! Wishing you a deliciously sweet weekend ahead.

These inexpensive hair ties are my new fav. I have them in the car, in my purse, at the pool, in my bathroom drawer and everywhere Daphne can possibly need them (she hasn’t learned the wrist trick yet ;).
